A good turn out for the RES in pleasant flying conditions with challenging lift made a good RES competition. Mike Grantham suffered more than one technical problem which meant quick work required by his pit crew to keep him in the competition. Results were varied with 5 different pilots winning the 8 slots that were flown. 2nd, 3rd and 4th places were very close together. The results and championship points awarded were: |
